Ingredients:

4 Traditional rice varieties, Abelmoschus esculentus, Aerva lanata, Allium ascalonicum, Allium sativum,Asparagus racemosus, Hygrophila auriculate, Brassicajuncea, Cardiospermum microcarpum, Centella,asiatica, Cicer arietinum, Coriandrum sativum,,Cheilocostus speciosus, Hemidesmus indicus, Murraya,koenigii, Pandanus amaryllifolius, Passiflora edulis,Anethum graveolens, Piper nigrum, Plectranthus,zeylanicus, Raphanus raphanistrum, Sesamum indicum,Trigonella foenum, Vigna Radiata, Anethum graveolens,Bee honey, Ghee

Preparation Instructions:

01. Put washed rice and contents of medicinal

spice packet into a cooking pot. Then add 1 ½

cups (300ml) of thin coconut milk (or fresh

cows’ milk) and 5 cups of water (1 liter).

Cook under low heat, lid closed.

02. Take 1” x 1” pumpkin 4 pieces, 1/8 part of a

radish and ¼ handful of Lettuce. Wash and

pound them together (using mortar & pestle).

03. Add above pounded mixture into the half boiled

rice pot. Now increase the heat

slightly.

04. When rice is cooked well, add 1 ½ cups of

thin coconut milk (or fresh cows’ milk) and

salt to the taste.

05. Boil once more and take the pot off the

cooker. Make sure the pot lid is closed

throughout cooking.
