Ingredients:

2 Traditional rice varieties, Zea mays, Setaria italica, Hordeum vulgare, Cicer arietinum, Caryota urens

Preparation Instructions:

1. Put 1 liter of fresh cows’ milk and porridge mixture into a cooking pot.

2. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt, 8 - 10 tea spoonsful of sugar.

3. Cook while stirring for about 10 minutes.
