Regimen of Porridge
01. Put washed rice and contents of medicinal
spice packet into a cooking pot. Then add 1 ½
cups (300ml) of thin coconut milk (or fresh
cows’ milk) and 5 cups of water (1 liter).
Cook under low heat, lid closed.
02. Take 1” x 1” pumpkin 4 pieces, 1/8 part of a
radish and ¼ handful of Lettuce. Wash and
pound them together (using mortar & pestle).
03. Add above pounded mixture into the half boiled
rice pot. Now increase the heat
04. When rice is cooked well, add 1 ½ cups of
thin coconut milk (or fresh cows’ milk) and
salt to the taste.
05. Boil once more and take the pot off the
cooker. Make sure the pot lid is closed
