Ingredients:

4 Traditional rice varieties, Aegle marmelos, Aerva ,lanata, Allium ascalonicum, Allium sativum,Asparagus racemosus, Brassica juncea, Caryota,urens, Cassia auriculate, Centella asiatica,,Cinamomum zeylanicum, Cheilocostus speciosus,,Desmodium triflorum, Foeniculum vulgare,Hemidesmus indicus, Moringa oleifera, Murrayakoenigii, Musa acuminate, Pandanusamaryllifolius, Anethum graveolens, Piper nigrum,Sesamum indicum, Trigonella foenum, Hordeumvulgare, Metroxylon sagu, Nymphaea pubescens

Preparation Instructions:

Fresh Cows’ milk - 750ml (3 ¾ cups)

Water – 1200ml – (6 cups)

01. Put 500ml Fresh Cows’ milk and 1200ml

water into a cooking pot.

02. Keep the pot on cooker under low flame.When boiling, add washed olu rice into the pot and continue cooking. (olu rice will take about45mins to get cooked well).

03. Mix the flour mixture in the packet with 250ml fresh cows’ milk and keep aside.

04. When olu rice is cooked well, add above mixture into the pot.

05. Stir well for about 4 minutes under low flame till boil again. Add salt to taste and take the pot off the cooker.

DO NOT ADD ANYTHING EXTRA OTHER THAN INSTRUCTED.
