  • Where do you deliver to?

All items excluding food items can be delivered globally. 

Food items can be delivered in Colombo and within a 40km radius of Colombo.

 

  • How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges usually range between Rs.250 and Rs.350, depending on the location and weight of the items. 

 

  • How can an order be placed?

Orders can be placed online on our 

 

  • How can I pay for my order?

When paying for an order on our website, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards. Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery are also possible. 

 

  • How long will it take for items to be delivered?

    Food items can be delivered within 6 hours of an order. Please call us on +94771357557 for any other urgent orders. 

    All items, excluding food items will be delivered locally within 1- 3 days. 

    • How can I check the status of an order?

      You can contact us via any of these options to get more information on your order. 

       

      • Do you allow returns/ exchanges/ refunds?

        Returns/ exchanges/ refunds are only possible if there is a fault in the product.
