SHIPPING

All domestic ( Sri Lanka ) orders
Most orders will ship out within same day or the next day of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3 business days.
For pre-order styles, orders will be shipped within 2 weeks from the date of order placement.

International Orders
We ship worldwide via our awesome shipping partner that works with all major international courier companies.
Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 12 business days.

Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to our company specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Myravana.lk (Pvt) Ltd, for any reason.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Myravana.lk (Pvt) Ltd., cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, an alien invasion, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping charges.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.


Refund/Replacement
In the event a refund or replacement is requested by the Customer, Myravana.lk will consider the request case by case basis and make the refund if deemed required. If a product doesn’t fit or misbehaves please write to us within 3 days of its receipt at customerservive@myravana.lk with the subject ‘Exchanges & Returns’ and someone from our customer care team will contact you with instructions.
You will be asked to ship the product back to us. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense.

Myravana.lk (Pvt) Ltd., reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges or returns.
Products that show signs of being worn, washed, used or mishandled will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

We will take care of the shipping when we deliver your corrected product. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or any duty reimbursement in the case of international orders.
When sending the product back to us please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We would require all original tags and accessories to be returned with the product.

The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 Business days, once approved, upon receipt of return package in its original condition, along with the tag intact. Only the amount of your product will be returned. Transaction and shipping fees are not refundable.
In the case of pre-order styles we may refund the purchase amount or give you store credits for the purchase amount.

No exchanges, returns or cancellations for products purchased during Sale / Offers or when Promo Code is applied.
